At 6:26, Brian Farmer, Warren Haynes' guitar tech says "Chester's the one we use the most, it is a Warren Haynes model. You'll notice, I put a Chet Atkins truss rod cover on it. Thats why we call it Chester."

Just below the quote it mentions the 1964 specifically.

At 8:45 in this video, Brian Farmer says "His oldest Les Paul that we have on the road, is a drop D, standard Drop D guitar. But it's a beautiful one as well. He has pre-amp switches on all of those and this is a Nickel Rocker set."

I’ve got a ’59 Les Paul, a ’61 dot-neck ES-335 and a mid-Sixties ES-355 that was given to me by Gregg Allman that are particular favorites. I leave them all at home; I’ll use them in the studio, but I don’t really trust fate as far as taking old guitars on tour. My signature guitars are my favorites from a playability standpoint, but when I switch to my ’59 Les Paul, there’s something magical there that you just can’t replicate.
