Best in the price range.

Amazing monitors with an extremely flat frequency response. I previously used HS7 monitors but found them to be severely lacking in bass. Upgrading to HS8s has solved this issue without the need to purchase secondary bass speakers or a subwoofer, but it is worth noting that the HS8s are massive (both the HS7s and HS8s are heavy). Would recommend.

Great if it worked properly

Beautiful high quality interface, but it is highly unreliable. It constantly disconnects no matter what cable or port combination I use to connect it. Also difficult to connect in the first place. Apparently a common issue with this whole range.

Preordered

I have ordered this product for its numerous benefits. Extremely high quality in both the audio and the build, with all ports on the back. Looks amazing and matches my setup better since there is nothing sticking out of the front over the piano keys.

Amazing new upgrade to Shreddage 2

Only just got this, planning to use it extensively in my upcoming rock productions as it sounds amazing and is more useable than other guitar VSTs of its calibre.

Best pedal adapter for the price

This is an excellent product that enables me to connect an expression pedal and extra sustain pedal to my MacBook and map their functions to whatever I want. (Una corda and guitar effects) along with the regular sustain pedal connected to my Yamaha P35.

Excellent expression pedal for the price

I use this as the middle of three pedals. Roland DP10 on the left adapted as a continuous soft pedal; Yamaha FC3 on the right for continuous sustain and half pedalling. This pedal is great for controlling any midi parameter especially guitar effects.

Powerful external display

Using my 12.9-inch third-gen iPad Pro for Sidecar. Sidecar enables this to be effectively used with Logic Pro as an advanced, seamless secondary Usb-C or Bluetooth display with the duplicated touchbar easily in reach. Catalina breaks a lot of plugins, but it's worth it for this!

Best piano VST currently available

I'm a classically trained pianist and it fits my needs very well. Feels like a real instrument to play, far more so than any sampled pianos. Also sounds better to my ears than any other sampled pianos. Obtaining the educational discount was a drawn-out process, but this is otherwise ideal. I chose the standard version with the Steinway Model D, C. Bechstein DG, and Steingraeber E-272 pianos.

Very good MIDI controls

I don't use this for the keyboard as I have another 88 key keyboard in use, but for the modwheel, pitchbend and midi CC controls this is a very good low cost item.

Excellent weighting and performance

Works well, but it is virtually impossible to reach the highest velocities around 127. If this velocity curve was fixed and it had pitch bend and modulation wheels (I control those from another keyboard) it would be ideal.

Excellent feel and sound

Works extremely well with MIDI, shame it doesn’t have pitch bend and modulation wheels (I control those from my phone instead), zero problems otherwise.

Amongst the best sampled piano libraries

Super realistic with a very pleasant timbre. Beaten only by Pianoteq 6, and rivalled by VSL Synchron Imperial and Noire in my experience.

Inconsistent price advertising

Every stage of the way with purchasing this item, another heavy layer of cost appeared. Got it on 60% off sale, still a high cost. Started at $426 for Gold + Solo instruments on Mac HD, then as I get to PayPal, over +80$ in tax appears, then after confirming on PayPal regardless, +26$ for delivery appears. Up to over $540!! All of this cost information should be visible from the start. I got the download version instead. Amazing library, but not a good checkout experience.

Amazing unique sound

The timbres and textures you can generate with this reverb are different to that of most normal reverb plugins, would highly recommend for pleasant, deep reverb shimmer sounds in atmospheric work.
