Really simple to use. Nice features on the different channels, and it makes it versatile even though it is simple. It also works great with my pedals.

This overdrive is truly great. I must admit that I have not experienced very many overdrive pedals yet (although I am quite experienced as a guitar player), but I am quite sure this will stay on one board or another for all my coming guitar years.

I have one that I have used several times on snare, amp, vocals, acoustic guitars and even as a room mic. If I just have to record a vocal line quickly or try to be precise with placement in front of amp, this will always do the job required.

It has become my DAW of choice partly because it was affordable (yes, I actually bought it), and I needed a DAW to get started with, but also because the resourses available to assist me in different difficult situations, or to help me with whatever I need, is amazing. I am sure there are such resourses with every DAW, but I have been happy to stay with Reaper, as it can do everything I want really well.
