I use the flatwound Legend strings on my 5-string @fenderguitar #DimensionBass and am still able to get an entire range of tones that cover all styles. Versatility is everything...it sure is nice to have that warmth throughout. The Pure Blues are new to me, nickel roundcore strings. I'm stoked to give them a whirl.
