Silk Sonic is a dynamic musical duo that brings together the talents of Bruno Mars (vocals, guitar, production) and Anderson .Paak (vocals, drums, production). Emerging from the vibrant realms of neo soul, funk, R&B, and soul, the group was born out of a shared musical vision during the European leg of Bruno Mars' 24K Magic World Tour in 2017. Their chemistry, cultivated over late-night jam sessions, evolved into a full-fledged collaboration, culminating in their debut album An Evening With Silk Sonic. The legendary Bootsy Collins lent his iconic flair as the "special guest host" for the project, further solidifying their place in the contemporary music scene.
