Thundercat's Gear
Thundercat - Stephen Bruner - gave an interview to Bass Player magazine in which he went into light detail about some of his equipment, and they've listed some at the bottom of the article linked. You can hear examples of these pedals being used in tracks like 'Oh Sheit, It's X!' and 'Them Changes'.
In a performance of "Them Changes" for Pitchfork Nightcap, Thundercat plays his Ibanez TCB1006 signature 6-string bass.
You can see thundercat adjusting the low pass throughout the video. He's been known to have the signature "moogerfooger" sound.
Thundercat is playing a modified Ibanez Artcore bass in the photo; possibly the AGB200. The end of this interview with Bass Player lists a custom Ibanez Artcore 4-string bass as part of his gear.
In this live clip he's using some kind of octaving effect, with excellent tracking, and the first visible glimpse of a large red pedal is at 20:05 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7aBs66HXrU (It's gotta be a Whammy).
Also here, a Whammy is clearly visible on the desk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhVgbZdMdb0
"The Pigtronix is powerful—it reminds me of a Mu-Tron Bi-Phase, but it’s nice not to have to deal with the weight of a Bi-Phase."
Thundercat is playing his custom made maple MTD electric bass. In this article Bass Player writes "My MTD cuts like a knife. The body and the neck are all maple, so it’s like a super shank."
In this performance, Thundercat is playing a red Precision Bass with a maple neck into an SWR 750X and Goliath II 4x10. Thundercat has also been seen with a vintage sunburst Precision Bass while playing with Terrace Martin and Robert Glasper.
Thundercat uses Ableton Live, as he mentioned in an interview with Bass Player. Although the specific version isn't specified, some of Ableton's drum presets are recognizable in his music.
This video is such high quality that at around 2:20 onward you can literally read "Shure SM58" on the mic. Great video!
This white phaser can be seen next to the low pass filter throughout the video
Thundercat is shown in this video playing an Ibanez double-neck bass while performing live at the Hollywood Bowl in 2016. Song performed is "What a Fool Believes" featuring Michael McDonald of Doobie Brothers fame.
Speaking on the double-neck bass in an interview with Guitar Hero, Thundercat states, "It’s fantastic. It’s got this Pink Floyd-ish tone that’s really open—it rings out because there’s the 6-string on top and an 8-string on the bottom, both with EMGs. I wanted to go for that vintage P-Bass sound, but there’s hardly any lacquer on the wood, and it’s like this open “baaaaang!” It’s pretty funky; it has its own life."
In the live performance of "A Fan's Mail (Tron Song II)" on The Current, Thundercat is seen wearing Sony MDR-7506 Professional Headphones.
Mentioned by Jose Rios in his December 23, 2019 Guitar.com interview.
I also have a Pyramid from EarthQuaker Devices which Thundercat uses and I have it for that reason.

At 1:16 you can clearly see the Aguilar DB 751 with two 410 matching cabs.
Check at 6:20 when you can see the effects that he has on the table. And when he starts playing the song Them Changes you can clearly hear a phaser along with an octave up from the Whammy.

The article, in its introduction, says that as well as using his custom-shop MTD six-string, a "16th note bebop runs on... a semi-hollowbody Ibanez Artcore".
In the Mixdown article "GEAR RUNDOWN: THUNDERCAT," it is noted that Thundercat has used the Moog Moogerfooger MF-108M Cluster Flux, a chorus/vibrato effect pedal, in his setup.

To achieve maximum chordal control and dexterity over the bass’s fingerboard, Thundercat uses a unique combination of both nylon wound and flat wound strings. Endorsed by La Bella, he switches between Deep Talkin’ Bass Flats (.029, .049, .069, .089, .109, .128) and 750G-CB Gold White Nylon Tapewounds (.043, .050, .065, .085, .105, .135 for live performances, and often uses medium-light Dean Markley SR2000 strings (.027, .047, .067, .087, .107, .127) for studio work.

Thundercat is endorsed by New York based amplification masters Aguilar, and tends to switch between using Tone Hammer 500, DB 750, or DB 751 head depending on the situation, usually through either in conjunction with two Aguilar GS410 or DB410 cabinets.

We can see Thundercat playing this 5 string bass in this live video.
In the Gear Rundown article on Thundercats on the Mixdown site it reads: “Thundercat also owned a five-string, solid body variation of this instrument [the Ibanez Artcore AGB200], which you can spot him rocking throughout this video of Suicidal Tendencies’ thrash-punk anthem ‘Institutionalized’.” https://mixdownmag.com.au/features/rig-rundown-thundercat/
