Whitney is a Chicago-based indie band, seamlessly blending indie rock, indie pop, and folk influences into their distinctively warm and soulful sound. Formed in 2015, the core of the group consists of Max Kakacek (guitar) and Julien Ehrlich (drums, vocals), both of whom brought their experiences from previous projects like Smith Westerns and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
