ART is best known for the Tube MP, a compact, affordable tube microphone preamp first released in 1995 that helped bring tube mic preamp sound out of high-budget studios and into project studios. The Tube MP line (including the Tube MP Studio and Tube MP Project Series) remains the brand's signature product, alongside channel strips like the Pro Channel II, the TPS II tube preamp system, and a range of graphic EQs, compressors, and direct boxes.
ART joined the Yorkville Sound family in 1999, with product development based outside Toronto, Canada, in collaboration with a team in upstate New York. The brand's reputation is built around offering tube-driven recording and live-sound tools at accessible price points.
