Meazzi is an Italian music instrument manufacturer founded in 1946 by Enrico Meazzi in Milan. After brothers Remo and Marino joined the company in 1953, the firm adopted the FRAMEZ brand (derived from Fratelli Meazzi, Italian for Meazzi Brothers) for many of its early acoustic guitars, built in Sicily and Stradella. From the late 1950s through 1961, Meazzi collaborated with designer Antonio Wandrè Pioli on a series of electric guitars and double basses sold under the Framez and Meazzi names.

The company is best known for its Hollywood line, which encompassed both the distinctive solid-body electric guitars produced from 1963 to 1969 — including models such as the Zodiac, Sceptre, and Jupiter, often featuring active electronics and unconventional body shapes — and the Hollywood drum kits, which became Meazzi's most internationally recognized product. Meazzi Hollywood drums were used by jazz drummers including Max Roach, Art Blakey, Connie Kay of the Modern Jazz Quartet, Billy Cobham, and John Marshall of Soft Machine and Nucleus.

Alongside guitars and drums, Meazzi produced tube amplifiers and tape-based effects. The Echomatic tape echo was supplied to Jennings Musical Industries and sold under the Vox name from 1959 to the early 1960s, and the Meazzi 666 amplifier combined a guitar amp with a built-in tape delay. The company also built mandolins, percussion, and folk instruments before winding down its involvement in musical instruments and ceasing operations in 1992.
