Founded in 2005 by Billy Rowe — guitarist for Jetboy and Buckcherry — Rock N Roll Relics is a North Hollywood, California-based builder specializing in hand-aged electric guitars. Rowe started the company in a relative's garage, drawing on his decades of touring experience to craft instruments that look and feel like they've been gigged for years while delivering modern playability and reliability. Each guitar receives a nitrocellulose lacquer finish and is hand-aged, with custom in-house wound humbuckers and P90 pickups. The shop uses CNC rough-cutting followed by extensive hand finishing and employs a small team of builders alongside Rowe.

The core lineup includes the Thunders (a double-cutaway electric available in Custom, Standard, and Bass configurations), the Revenge (a modern offset design), the Lightning (a mahogany hollow-body with lightning bolt F-holes), and the Starfighter (a double-cut jet-style guitar), each offered in full-size and Junior variants. The Blackheart rounds out the guitar range. The company has also expanded into effects pedals with the Stinger Boost and Stinger Drive, both handwired in Hollywood with individually hand-aged enclosures.

Rock N Roll Relics guitars have found their way into the hands of a wide range of professional players, including Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day), Phil X (Bon Jovi), Peter Buck (R.E.M.), Johnny Rzeznik (Goo Goo Dolls), Gilby Clarke (Guns N' Roses), Ryan Roxie (Alice Cooper), Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns), Bruce Kulick (Kiss), Glen Campbell, Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent), Dregen (Backyard Babies/The Hellacopters), Billy Morrison (Billy Idol), and Marco Pironi (Adam and the Ants).
