Description

It's a percussion box with various gauge strings that are anchored to an internally mounted contact mic. The unit features a 1/4" output jack to connect to your favorite effects and a momentary mute switch. The mute switch allows you to chop up your signal. There is also a tone knob and a pick up switch, which turns on a second contact mic.

The hollow wooden box produces some nice percussive tones. The String Forest is dense and full of possibilities.. It gets really exciting when a bow is used.

Features: *1/4" output jack *9V DC power jack ( tip = -, sleeve = + ) *Tone switch ( adds a second pick up to the pre amps input, creating a more full sound ) *Tone Knob *Bias Knob ( setting the Bias off can produce a granular type effect ) *1/8" CV in ( 0 - 10V ) *CV in filter knob. *Mute Switch *Bias LED
