Simple and good design, only brought down due to latches and lock

Base Price: $110 on Guitar Center.

It's a very basic case with a tweed exterior, very nice feel to it. The interior is a very soft plush, ridiculously so. It's also small enough that my Tremar Super Swede fits snugly inside with no wiggle room. The latches feel a tad bit cheap, as if they won't completely hold. The lock... that thing is annoying to mess with. It's just a cheap, malleable key that could probably break fairly easily. Messing with the lock is annoying to do, so I don't bother. The handle is so nice; It feels luxurious, but strong in your hand. Carrying the case with the guitar inside is a comfortable task. Finally, the pocket. Not much to say, but it is fairly large. compared to a Gibson case.

Overall, four stars. Docking off one for the latches and lock. Otherwise, a very good case for the price.

it feels.... wait for it.... LUXURIOUS... to be fair even Gibson and Gretsch locks suck a rat. Case locks a re silly anyway, if someone wants to steal your guitar they'll just steal it in the case and then they'll gently rip the lock out of the plywood or chipboard with a flathead screwdriver or drill the rivets out. The best way to secure your guitar is to log the serial number so you can turn it in to law enforcement so that it gets back to you if tis being sold locally.... other than that? Just never put the guitar down and you will never be in danger of thievery.

My friend has a Gibson case which has a four number code, and the lock is just somethig you slide and click. That's okay design (albeit maybe not necessary) But the lock-and-key types, screw that.

You have a better word than luxurious?
