There's a Reverb listing selling one of his. Here's the Description: "This is for a Paiste Rude 10" Splash Cymbal used during live shows with Slayer and Anthrax !! This is the second of two of these splashes I have.
This was used by Jon Dette (ex-slayer/anthrax/testament) with Anthrax and Slayer on the 2013 Soundwave festival in Australia. The cymbal is personally signed by Jon and I got them directly from him. Great cymbals to have for any metal fan!! "
