Big but versatile

The best snare i've ever owned. I've had it for over 10 years and it's always been my "go to" snare. Mine is in the natural oak finish which has a lovely grain. I'm a heavy hitter and have broken some of the lug inserts but other than that it's built like a tank. I've removed the internal muffler and replaced the snare wires in due course, but the sound is still fantastic and for such a big drum it can be cranked to sound almost like a steel drum and then detuned massively but still holding a good note.
