From Flume's Instagram story, this demo is reposted showing him working on a new song demo with the modular. He uses this module to create harmonic intervals between notes and to quantize them to set scales resulting in a pretty neat sounding melody.
Towards the end of the clip he does very briefly flash the module on screen. Although unused in the demo he most likely uses it to add texture and ambiance to some sounds in his music.
Flume doesn't say much about his ReMOTE 25SL in his feature on MusicRadar, but his particular model has his name printed in purple on the right-most note on the keyboard.
