In this interview for Real Tasty Music on the 4th of November 2021, Harvey Geraghty mentions using this instrument to record Fuzz Jam.

“I wrote ‘Fuzz Jam’ to use this instrument that Itay bought live. It’s this Hohner Pianet T, and we really wanted a harder track to play on it.”

We can also see Harvey Geraghty playing it on Cheesy Love Song in this 2021 live video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YK-_QUNS1NU

It is also visible in this Instagram post from august 2017 on thelazyeyesband's account : https://www.instagram.com/p/BYF4DFahFDz/

In this interview from Total Guitar on April 22, 2022, Harvey Geraghty mentions using the BOSS Giga Delay.

"My delay is actually my first ever guitar pedal, the [DD-20] Giga Delay by Boss. You can do so much with that thing!”

The BOSS DD-20 can also be seen on Harvey's pedalboard (bottom left) on this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account. https://www.instagram.com/p/CUE4R79hacn/

In this interview from Total Guitar on April 22, 2022, Harvey Geraghty mentions using the Mr. Black Supermoon Reverb, and specifically mentions using it on the song Hippo

"I’ve got this Mr Black Supermoon reverb, which on top of my Instant Lo-Fi Junky, has even more warble on it. You can get pretty seasick with the Supermoon, though I did actually use it on Hippo."

The Supermoon can also be seen on Harvey's pedalboard (sideways, on the middle) on this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account. https://www.instagram.com/p/CUE4R79hacn/

In this interview from Total Guitar on April 22, 2022, Harvey Geraghty mentions using the Lo-Fi Junky, notably on songs Hippo (alongside the Supermoon reverb) and Nobody Taught Me

“I was using my Z.Vex Instant Lo-Fi Junky, with the depth knob turned the whole way. You can turn the knob and it goes from really clean to something more like an old, scratchy vinyl.”

"I’ve got this Mr Black Supermoon reverb, which on top of my Instant Lo-Fi Junky, has even more warble on it. You can get pretty seasick with the Supermoon, though I did actually use it on Hippo."

The Lo-Fi Junky can also be seen on Harvey's pedalboard (bottom row, 4th pedal from the left, sideways so it's vertical) on this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account. https://www.instagram.com/p/CUE4R79hacn/

In this interview from Total Guitar on April 22, 2022, Harvey Geraghty mentions using a Pearl phaser pedal on the song Seaside

“We wanted to use phasers on tracks like The Seaside to portray the sea, like an audio effect that gives the impression of waves coming out of the ocean. Mine is a Pearl one – as in the drum company.

“It was made back in the '80s when every music brand decided to start making guitar pedals. I got it because I felt it could cover every kind of phaser sound I wanted. It has a lot of controls on top of the usual ‘depth’ and ‘rate’ – you can also widen the phase and choose what frequency the waves are. I can literally control the tide with my pedal!”

The Pearl PH-03 can be seen on Harvey's pedalboard (top left, sideways) on this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account. It seems to fit the description given in the interview (previous versions had less controls, and the larger PH-44 has a larger footprint). https://www.instagram.com/p/CUE4R79hacn/

In this Instagram picture from July 2019 posted on the thelazyeyesband's account, we can see a part of Harvey Geraghty's pedalboard between the wedges. The Crybaby logo can distinctly be read, and the footprint is smaller than other Crybaby pedals.

Note that the "mini" in the logo isn't present in all versions from what I've seen in different product pictures of the CBM95. (It seems to be the case for Harvey's pedal)

The size of the pedal can be better estimated in this Instagram picture where the whole pedalboard can be seen. https://www.instagram.com/p/CUE4R79hacn/

In this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account, the third pedal (starting from the right) on the bottom row looks like the Bananana Aurora.

I cannot distinguish the blue logo on the pedal, but the light blue knob on top of the pedal, the four green knobs placement and the footswitch all seem to match.

Tone wise, the product demos give a sound that is similar to what can be heard in Fuzz Jam, and reddit user Soul_Phoenix_42 seems to identify the same pedal from a live video on this thread : https://www.reddit.com/r/guitarpedals/comments/uwuf3i/the_lazy_eyes_and_the_boss_harmonist_ps6_maybe/

In this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account, the third pedal (starting from the right) on the top row, mounted sideways looks very similar to the Joyo Ultimate Drive.

The knobs, the colors and text seem to match. And although the switch is not clearly visible on this picture, it can be seen on the first second of this live video, where the pedalboard has a very similar layout to the picture : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NORgjIzAcv4

(Note that a similar version of this pedal branded under the name Harley Benton also exists. However it has an additional text written in white above the footswitch that isn't present in the pedal from the picture.

In the Total Guitar interview from April 2022 Harvey Geraghty mentions a Joyo overdrive pedal being used on the song Where's my brain ??? without stating which model. Since there doesn't seem to be any other Joyo pedals from any board pictures, I think it safe to suppose he was mentioning this one

I was using a drive with a cocked wah for the solo on Where’s My Brain, and I feel terrible saying this, but it was one of those JOYO pedals which cost $20. They sound great, though! My neighbour gave me that pedal for free.”

In this Instagram picture from September 21 2021 posted on thelazyeyesband's account, the ZVEX Fuzzolo can be seen. It is placed sideways above the BOSS DD-20.

Although the equipboard image has black knobs, the product picture from the ZVEX website has the same beige knobs as in the picture.

The same pedalboard can also be seen on this flickr picture from user petedov. The angle is less clear than the Instagram picture, but it is possible to zoom closer. The curved text below the volume button and the graphics seem to fit perfectly with the Fuzzolo. https://www.flickr.com/photos/petedov/52306691361/in/photostream/

In this Instagram post from Harvey, he showcases his new Hello Kitty Fernandes ZO-3 mini guitar with a built-in amplifier. The exact year of this guitar is unknown, but these guitars were made somewhere between 1980 and 2000. (There is no proof that he uses this in studio with The Lazy Eyes of course).
