Joseph Mount mentions using this workstation in the interview at the end of this article: "It's another one of these things that I bought and then felt I needed to get my money's worth out of,” he says. "It's this big church-organ-type thing that sounds amazing and has the same kind of circuitry as a CS80. It has a limited synthesizer section, but it's so warm. Everything on 'I'm Aquarius' is pretty much played on that. I also bought this Baldwin Electric Harpsichord which has been kind of relegated to just the intro of 'Monstrous'. Originally it was played on the harpsichord, but it sounded a bit too baroque.” This is also the workstation that can be seen in the music video for "The Look".

Joseph Mount of Metronomy has consistently used the Korg M500 Micro-Preset synthesizer across all of the band's albums and tours. During the 2000s, following the release of "Nights Out," Mount frequently played the Micro-Preset in live performances. It was also prominently featured alongside Oscar's Akai MPK controller during "The English Riviera" tour. Additionally, during the "Love Letters" tour, band member Michael Lovett (NZCA Lines) played the Micro-Preset, visible above his Juno-60. The image captioned "Metronomy_079.jpg" on BlogSpot visually supports its presence in their setup.

For performance of the "Night Owl" live at BBC Radio 6's live room, Mount used the Sequential Circuits Prophet 600.

Joe mount uses a juno 106 on some of the metronomy albums. It is visible in some pictures of the band in the studio and band member Oscar Cash played it during the "love letters" tour. You can also see the juno 106 in footage of the bands previous tour where it was often brought on stage half way through the show to play some of the songs.

Joe mount used the Edp wasp on the first two Metronomy albums it is visible in some pictures and in the video for "holiday"
