Josette can be seen playing a Fender HSH Strat throughout this video. More specifically, she can be seen playing it at 30 seconds.

You can see her using a blue one at 0:45. You can tell that it's the American Performer Jazzmaster because it has a stratocaster tremolo, along with some stripped down features.

At 0:40, you can see Jo adjusting the settings on a Kemper rackmount version.
