In this 1995 live Oakland performance of TOOL, Justin Chancellor also known for his repertoire in Peach, ISIS, and M.T. Void, is seen playing a Gibson Thunderbird Bass for the song "Prison Sex".

During current live shows when playing for Tool he uses his Wal MK 2 bass mainly
"Streamer Stage II built for Justin Chancellor (Tool) with Bubinga Pommelé body, Tigerstripe Ebony fingerboard and custom made @nordstrandaudio MM-style pickups" - Official Framus and Warwick Instagram.
Justin recieved this bass in September 2017 and many theorise it will be used to record the 5th Tool album which at the time of writing has yet to be released or officially confirmed. The bass has a Bubinga Pommelé body, a Wenge neck with Afzeilia stripes and a Tiger Stripe Ebony fretboard. The bass also has custom made Nordstrand MM style pickups.
He talks in this interview about Ernie Ball building him a custom Stingray special HH with a brass pickguard and 12v preamp. He states that he used it for the intro of Descending and he can be seen using it live for the song as well.
In a photo published by Bassplayer, Justin Chancellor is seen with a Rickenbacker 4001CS Chris Squire Signature bass, positioned as the fifth bass behind him.
Carey Nordstrand built Justin a custom J bass with a pair of Big Blademan pickups as a prototype for the custom Warwick bass Justin was having built. According to the video posted by Carey, Justin liked the prototype bass so much that he kept it (at the 03:26 mark on the video)
