John Cudlip of Launder is confirmed to use a left-handed Fender Mod Shop Jaguar, as evidenced by his performance at The Starlet Room in Sacramento, CA, on November 7, 2024, captured in a video by YouTube user Wheatley. Cudlip himself has verified that the guitar is indeed a Mod Shop model.
John Cudlip can be seen here playing through his Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus in this live video. He has also used this amp in many recordings throughout his musical career as confirmed in several interviews.
John Cudlip can be seen using a Vox AC30 Guitar Combo Amp. This amp was provided to him by Zachary Cole Smith of DIIV for live use, and he utilizes it alongside his Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus as shown in this live video.

In an Instagram post, LAUNDER can be seen using a 1964 Gibson SG Junior. This guitar is right-handed but is strung for left-handed use. It is identifiable as a 1964 model due to the absence of the Les Paul inscription on the headstock, a feature that was discontinued in late 1963. Additionally, the guitar retains the original SG Junior pickguard and soapbar P90 pickup, which were characteristic of models prior to 1966.
In this interview with LAUNDER, it is confirmed he used a late '70s Marshall JMP amplifier for much of his recording on the his album "Happening".
In this Instagram post, LAUNDER can be seen with his recently acquired Marshall 2555X Silver Jubilee Reissue amp. He has been using this amp for most of his live shows as of 2025.
