At Launder's first live show, John can be seen using a lefty Fender Telecaster, which appears to be stock.

John Cudlip of Launder is confirmed to use a left-handed Fender Mod Shop Jaguar, as evidenced by his performance at The Starlet Room in Sacramento, CA, on November 7, 2024, captured in a video by YouTube user Wheatley. Cudlip himself has verified that the guitar is indeed a Mod Shop model.

In this Instagram post, Launder can be seen using his left-handed Fender Kurt Cobain Signature Jaguar. He has also used it on many occasions live.

In an Instagram post, LAUNDER can be seen using a 1964 Gibson SG Junior. This guitar is right-handed but is strung for left-handed use. It is identifiable as a 1964 model due to the absence of the Les Paul inscription on the headstock, a feature that was discontinued in late 1963. Additionally, the guitar retains the original SG Junior pickguard and soapbar P90 pickup, which were characteristic of models prior to 1966.
