At 23: 05 in the video you can see an audio file named "VEC2 Bassdrums Clubby 047", which is part of a SamplePack Serie named Vengeance Club Sounds Volume 2 by Vengeance.
Sylenth1 is most clearly seen on Martin's screen at the 4:53 mark of his video with Future Music, but the synth plugin appears a few other times during his demonstration of how he created "Animals".

Martijn did a Q&A on an Instagram story, where a fan asked him what are his favorite VST plugins. He answered, stating that his favorite VSTs are Omnishpere, ValhallaRoom, Spire & Sylenth1.

These files have the same naming convention as other Vengeance samples, so it stands to reason that this stands for "Vengeance Ultimate Fills 1". Additionally, at 1:38, the 15th track in Martin's arrangement contains a VUF1-labeled sample.
