According to the Yamaha Artists page, Matt Cameron uses a Yamaha Oak Custom Kit in Musashi Black with Vintage Hoops (http://www.yamaha.com/artists/mattcameron.html).

In a video interview with Cameron's drum tech, he goes through and explains the kit: "Starting with the kick, it's a 24x14. 12 and 13 tom, 16 floor, and 18 floor. The kit is a Yamaha Oak Custom. The size has been altered for Matt. The floor tom one has been shortened on the bottom so it's 16x14, and the rack one has been shaved one inch."

Here are the specs of the kit: 24x17 Bass Drum w/ Natural Maple Hoops, 12x8 Tom, 13x9 Tom, 16x14 Floor Tom, and 18x16 Floor Tom.

According to a Interview with Neil Hundt, Matt Cameron's drum tech, Matt uses a 14" Keplinger Stainless Steel Snare Drum with Side Hatch Snare Wires. It can be seen at 1:53 in the video.

"We've got the Yamaha maple wood hoops, they're a 19 ply. Real sturdy, real hard. They give you a real nice tone to them. A lot of sustain with wood hoops, it definitely gives you a nice aesthetic look as well."

Before switching to Yamaha drums, Matt Cameron was an endorser of DW Drums, as documented in the November 1992 issue of Modern Drummer. His DW drum set included a 14x6" snare, 22x18" kick, 12x8" tom, 13x9" tom, and a 15x13" floating floor tom, all in a Gray Slate finish. This information is supported by an image from that period.
