The Mississipi Queen is fitted onto many of Matt's earlier custom Manson guitars such as the Mirror, 007, Laser and more.
This hot humbucker is fitted onto some of Matt's Manson guitars, such as the DL-1 sourced here. It is in fact a Bare Knuckle Aftermath with a custom Manson cover (though Matt often uses the uncovered version).

Some of Matt's manson guitars such as the Doubleneck use a sets of 2 of these pickups, wired in series to act like a large humbucker (as stated in page 16 of this article).

Matthew Bellamy uses the Manson PF-1 Matthew Bellamy Signature Pickup, which was designed at his request and is listed as the "Matthew Bellamy Signature Pickup." This pickup supersedes the Manson MBK line and is now the standard in all Manson M-type production guitars aside from the Junior models and Cort-made MBM models.
Various Instagram posts on the Manson Guitar Works page confirm the PF-1 as the pickup used in Bellamy's guitars, including a custom slanted version for a multi-scale Manson Oryx that he used live during "Won't Stand Down" and "Kill Or Be Killed."
