One of my secret weapons is re-amping string samples and piano phrases through this pedal to make them sound warped and queasy and Boards of Canada, and then mixing them under the dry samples. I use it a lot for filtered vocal delays too because it lowpasses the signal in a way I can never quite emulate with plugin EQ shelves. And then I put verb and chorus and ping pong delay on it and it swirls around a dry vocal like a whirlpool. Also the compressor turns whatever you run through it into crushed powder and I get so excited I go to the store and get arrested because I forget to put pants on dang it not again
