Pete Doherty's Guitars
Pete Doherty can be seen playing a vintage cherry red finish Epiphone Coronet Electric Guitar in this photo. He has played it with several of his bands, including Libertines and Babyshambles. It most closely matches a 1960s model, with a single P-90 pickup in the bridge position. There was a brief run of Korean-made 1990s Coronets which have a single coil pickup in the neck position, thus excluding that as a possibility for the one Pete Doherty plays. In terms of the headstock, the original and 90s reissued Coronets varied in terms of headstock style - some had six tuners all on one side, while others had 3-per-side Gibson-style headstocks. Doherty's particular Coronet has the former.

It's quite possible that he used this guitar only with them, beacause nowadays, when he plays with the Libertines, he uses his Epiphone Coronet
