Tim can be seen playing a Rickenbacker while recording Dopethrone at the 1:02 mark of this behind the scenes video. You can tell it is a Rickenbacker because of its distinct headstock. A front-facing shot of the same instrument can be seen at the 2:56 mark. The triangular fret markers indicate that it is a 4001 model or something similar.

During a live performance at Roadburn on April 16th, 2011, Tim Bagshaw of Ramesses used an Ashdown Fallen Angel (FA180H) guitar amplifier head. This model was part of a series created when Ashdown still manufactured guitar amplifiers. Notably, Adam Richardson, the band's bass player, was endorsed by Ashdown, which may have influenced their choice of gear.
