At 1:14 into the Jar Of Hearts cover you can clearly hear autotune doubled with a vocoder. It is used through the song but is most noticeable on the high notes.

You can recreate this exact sound by turning the retune speed all the way up and having no flex tune (On latest autotune release) you can tell it's this plugin becuase when you sing the low notes at 0:44 of the cover with these settings you hear the exact same audio distortion and strange pitch bend.
