A shot of Ron's pedal board from Twitter shows an Ibanez TS-9, an Empress Tremolo, a Subdecay Spring Theory, an Ibanez Echo Shifter, a ZVex Box of Rock, an MXR M109 6-band EQ, an Xotic EP Booster, a Malekko Omicron Compressor, and a TC Polytune Mini
Ron's go-to electric these days seems to be his Gretsch White Falcon he recieved as a birthday gift.
Ron Hawkins has been using his Takamine EF341C Guitar, affectionately named "Propagandhi," as his main acoustic instrument since the early days of The Lowest of the Low. This is evidenced by a user-uploaded photo on Wordpress.

Before his more recent adoption of Gretschs, Ron relied on a heavily-stickered Fender Telecaster Plus for his electric tones.

Ron's use of Tex Amps' Bernie has cropped up in promo shots, and one can be seen to the right of Ron in this photo.

Prior to the White Falcon, a Gretsch 5120 was Ron's electric of choice in more recent years.
