This is a great instrument. So much to uncover, which can be a bit daunting to a new music producer, but I can already tell that it is truly worth studying up on to understand and become more versatile while creating.

I linked up to Diva randomly to try some different bass sounds outside of Serum/Massive and was able to get some pretty nice bass sounds started. However, the thing that got me the most excited were the presets that come standard with the synth, they were versatile and great to start creating tunez with straight away.

Absolutely essential for inspiration while composing new tunes. The instruments to choose from are basically endless.

This EQ plugin is practically an industry standard, and has a really nice GUI. It comes standard with lots of presets, too, which can be a good thing if you just want to try and stick them on your sounds in the mix or use as examples to go off of. I will say, though, that sometimes it can be easy to overlook DAWs simple, but effective, built-in EQ plugins.

Massive has stood the test of time. It is still among the great VST synths available today, and I use it often.

This plugin is very interesting and effective. It can also be a resource for beginners to test the waters, so to speak, when experimenting in trying DIY mastering. Very nice, very effective, an industry standard....but as always, I would recommend at least considering not overlooking DAWs simple, but effective, plugins for mastering.

This plugin has many mixing tools built in to one convenient place. Each module within Neutron is loaded with presets, which can be good as a place to start when trying to discover just how to create the sound you're looking to create. Another interesting feature with Neutron is the separate Visual Mixer plugin, which kind of gives just a little added tweak to various elements of the sound at the end of the mixing stage.

Sometimes I wonder if this DAW is underrated, a lot of people tend to overlook it for the other alternatives out there.....but I am very pleased that this is the DAW I chose, and stand by that decision today. When it wins awards for being the best DAW for creating electronic genres and gets reviews with the same sentiment, I find it quite reassuring with all the naysayers that can show up online.

Great sound for any starter, or even pro user. Heavy duty construction. Plus, as an added bonus, they even look cool!

My first professional headphones exclusively for composing tunes. I am pleased by the honesty of the sound they convey, there is no bass boosting or anything(which I commonly associate with headphones/earbuds from companies such as Beats/Skullcandy/etc.). I don't think they are the TOP TOP of the line headset, but I think they are quite professional. Very cool, very honest.

A great, affordable choice for a starter.....maybe even for a top tier user. Occasionally picks up background sounds that I barely even could distinguish until playback. Quality.

I have played a lot of different guitars, electric and acoustic, over the years and this one makes me quite happy. I got it specifically just to add a bit of a natural feel to my electronic compositions, but it sounds amazing to just sit around and strum on, too! I have the acoustic-electric version, which is neat to record with and has an amazing built-in tuner.

I got this as my starter MIDI controller. I am actually quite pleased with it and hope it lasts a long time. It is basic, which isn't totally a bad thing. It looks pretty neat, as well.

I choose to use a tower PC, which makes for a convenient "desktop" experience with a nice big flat screen monitor so I can watch my tunes come to life. I have heard great reviews about the Dell Inspiron being in the top 10 or so computers in general for music production and seeing as how I already had Inspiron laptops for years, the choice was an easy one to make.

I have seen stellar reviews of this everywhere online. It seems like a pretty good choice, and seems pretty good for getting most things done. Down the road I may try a different interface, but I am in no rush. Works great for now.

Interesting thing to have around. Considering recording one-shots with my condenser mic to create/sequence live drum/perc sounds inside my DAW for an organic sound.

I enjoy this sometimes because it can give my music an organic feel and to create/record live sounds to work with.

Nice to have around to establish an organic feel within my tunez. Also, to record one-shots and sequence within the DAW as a percussive additive element to drum beats.

The first electric guitar that I ever owned. Maybe someday would like to own one again to give the electric guitar element to my productions.
