You can tell it's not an American Professional II because of its white binding. You can tell its not an American Elite because the Elite has a spoke wheel truss rod system, whereas the Ultra does not.

The Backseat Lovers use a Fender "Custom" Vibrolux Reverb 40-Watt 2x10" Guitar Combo (1995 - 2013) as seen in a YouTube video by THE ILLUMINATI.

In this YouTube video you can see that Jonas is using a Fender Hot Rod DeVille 212. This is the 2002-2010 model that is denoted by the "Fender Deville" nameplate on the front of the amp. Later models only said "Fender" on the front. This amp has been seen in live shows as well.

In this YouTube video Josh is playing a carbon fiber rainsong guitar. I can't tell if it's this exact model since it's hard to sew and the body is covered in stickers but it is for sure a rainsong.
