Jack of all trades.

This delay can do anything. The presets and all of the interesting functions that they built into it are cool, but the the Tone Print ability is what makes this incredible. You can program your own delay on your computer and send it to the pedal! amazing.

Only tuner i'll ever need.

Its accurate and the display is nice. What else do you want?

Analog vibe for days.

This thing is so gritty and dark. It just has the most amazing character to it. Perfect for pairing with clean digital delays. I would never do a gig or session without it. The self oscillation is gnarly, and it makes a great slapback tone.

I wish it had a more modulation.

lobberuno

Hello! By opening the back panel there are two knobs to change the modulation, but I haven’t tried it.

A moster.

Its every tube screamer in one pedal! I Replaced my Fulltone FD-2 with this. The palisades incredibly versatile, it has literally hundreds of possible combinations. When fully cranked you can almost make this thing sound like a fuzz. Its like a laboratory for guitar overdrive.

Best verb ever.

Everyone needs this. It sounds great and is dirt cheap. The functionality is insane.

Best FX ever

Echoboy and decapitator find there way into all of my sessions. Cant say enough good things about soundtoys. They've saved so many boring guitar and keyboard tones for me.

Lifesaver for Studio and Live

Does a great job separating your amp from the floor or stage. This thing can really clean up your low end if the surface you're playing on is not ideal.

Really good but even better with upgrades.

Its got that classic vox sound. Very bright and lots of low end as well. Good onboard EQ options help tame it. Beautiful spring reverb and tremolo. Sounds awesome when cranked. Takes pedals wonderfully.

Good amp for live and recording. Reasonably sized so its not that much of a pain to carry around.

Comes with really low end Chinese tubes. Upgrade to some sovteks or JJ's ASAP. Could also use a speaker upgrade.

The vintage Vox sound is LOTS OF EVERYTHING! Why would you want to tame an ac15? Its supposed to be a wild little animal.

Desert Island mic

The vintage 414's are much more interesting mics than the current ones. They're completely different on the inside. I got mine on Ebay for around $350 in 2013. It's extremely versatile, I've used it on sax, room, kick, guitar cab, upright bass, and vocals. Its a bit dark compared to a modern XL-II. Mine is from the late 80's.

the 80s ones with the good output transformers are the best version to my ear. Even the new ones are a total swiss army knife.

Classic

If you do recording, a 57 is mandatory! Best guitar amp and snare mic. Indestructible and reliable.

Main jazz guitar

Bought in 2009 so i'd have something to pair with my telecaster. My main guitar for jazz gigs and very useful in the studio. Huge sound! I've flown on dozens of flights with it and never had any problems.

Main studio computer.

Way faster than anything i'd ever need it for. Handles all audio applications with ease. Extremely light weight and durable. Can overheat in the summertime if you aren't careful.

Worth more than they cost!

I bought these in 2011 when they were only $300. They sound great. Very clean and no obvious colorations. Perfect for mixing. I find that my mixes translate pretty well on these things. you have to be careful with the low end- the 5.5 inch driver isn't really big enough to accurately represent subbass. I want to try to D8's.

Wonderful interface for home studio

Super powerful audio interface. bought it to replace my Mbox Pro 3. The plugins are incredible. I've used all of the classic vintage hardware before, and the UAD versions are just as good. The mic pres have plenty of gain and are very clean. I like all of the I/O options. I've used it a ton for recording bands and mixing.

Indestructible guitar. Worth way more than its price.

I used this guitar for most styles of music. It sounds incredible and its so simple that I never have to worry about it breaking when taking it on flights and trains. Purchased in 2005 for $250. I put Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups in it in 2009. Responds amazingly to subtitles when I play, and sounds beautiful with OD pedals.

Very useful and reliable headphones

Great headphones for listening, tracking, and mixing. I use these all the time when monitors are not available. Once you learn their frequency response, you can get some pretty flat mixes out of them. The bass is a little hyped and theres a treble boost that will make you think your mixes are brighter than they actually are.
