There is really not much to say. It is a tuner and it does help with tuning your guitar. It does so with a nice bright LED display showing you how close you are to being in tune. The polyphonic mode works fairly well and it can be nice for a quick check up if anything is in dire need of a tuning. The polytune 2 also comes with functionality for different tunings which I personally don't use but I'm sure other people might find use for it. It also can double as a tuner for bass guitars. The only draw backs to this fine pedal is it's price which I find is fairly steep. The power switch is the non-clicky type used across all TC Electronic pedals and I personally don't like the lack of tactile feedback. I've also had issues where the pedal freezes up causing me to have to reset the power to my pedalboard. Luckily I don't do shows so this hasn't been an issue and I'm fairly sure this is an issue with my unit rather than an issue with the product line.

Just pop it out of the box, clip it on and start tuning. It's really easy to use, it does it's job accurately and best of all it's fairly inexpensive. The polyphonic mode is nice too!

I've owned these headphones for the most part of what I guess is 7 or 6 years. During that time it has survived construction sites, daily commuting and thousands if not tens of thousands of hours of music. Admittedly the leather on the pads have completely worn off but other than that the headphones are still live and kicking. If something were to break Pioneer does sell individual parts for repairs, albeit they are quite expensive. I've used the phones for all kinds of music and they do a fine job at that but it's really when it comes to electronic dance music they shine. The headphones sit comfortably on the head and they don't fall of easily (atleast from my head). The swiveling side of the headphone also helps if you want to rock the phones with one ear only. Since my use has been recreational only and not for music production I can't attest to their quality for that line of work but I can imagine that they will do a stellar job. As a negative point I could put the price tag, but after the enormous amount of time I've gotten out of them and how much abuse they have taken I really can't complain about it. These are GREAT. If you get a chance to try them. Do so!
