Electro Harmonix 22500 Dual Stereo Looper review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

The Electro-Harmonix 22500 Dual Stereo Looper is a compact powerhouse, ideal for creative musicians who want to explore the potential of two independent loops. It offers high-quality audio recording and a range of features at an affordable price. However, its menu navigation is not very intuitive and lacks MIDI sync, requiring users to spend time with the manual for setup. Despite this, the pedal is a valuable tool for home practice, songwriting, and live performance. Overall, it provides a lot of looper for the money, making it a great choice for those willing to learn its intricacies.

harmonycentral.com

The Electro-Harmonix 22500 Dual Stereo Looper offers an impressive blend of user-friendly design and extensive functionality, making it a strong choice for live performers and practice enthusiasts alike. It excels with its dual stereo loop channels, built-in drum machine, and intuitive single-switch operation for recording, overdubbing, and undoing. However, it can feel overwhelming due to its vast feature set. The looper's limitations include occasional reverse function issues with rhythm tracks and the lack of independent pitch shifting without speed alteration. Despite these minor drawbacks, its versatility and ease of use make it a standout in its category.
