It was something

It was something and always better than the onboard overdrive on most.

They were cheap

They were cheap and they are cheap still. Not bad when you’re just beginning.

It sounds good!

It sounds good! It does very much colour your sound though. Wah and envelope filter qualities. It has that 80s sound for shure!

zlossi

Real nice for its price

Made recording a lot easier at a time I didnt have to many other options. Nowadays Id go another way.. but its price and quality makes it a great tool

zlossi

Its cool

I cant get it to stop sounding very overproduced which makes a bit toyish at times

zlossi

Its that sound

Its every tremolo sound you want. Like Josh from JHS said about this pedal

“If this doesn’t do the sound you’re after, you’re probably a little weird”

zlossi

Its a bass!

Its ok, but maybe save up a little and buy a squire p bass for 50 bucks more

zlossi

Its good for beginners

Good for low volumes at home, dont use this in a band setting. Maybe accompany a singer

zlossi

Its oke

Used to run it through a selfmade cabinet and it kinda sounded nice until I discovered hartke amps

zlossi

It was bad people

It wasnt a good choice back then and it surely wouldnt be today what with all the affordable stuff out there now

zlossi

Nice not good but nice

Its a nice guitar but compared to a mexican made fender it lacks a certain something. Well build though

zlossi

The best

A staple. And for good reason. Its an allround mic for anyone and everone

zlossi

Good quality for the price

It plays really nice, it sounds good too but it doesnt sound as good in recording

zlossi

Good

Its as good as any but a little fragile on the board. for home use its perfect

tokai J bass circa 1985

Im still amazed at how good it is, even after all this time. It still sounds so warm and heavy.

two EL84s in fixed bias with that much negative feedback do a solid 20 watts... hell, the ac15 ac10 both do a good 16 to 18 clean in cathode bias, no negative feedback with a tube rectifier... no joke

90's mexican made stratocasters are the bomb!

They don't make em like these any more. The finish is amazing, the tuners actually tune, and it plays like a dream. Only downside is "maybe" the 500k pots, that make it screech a little bit more. To bad these are almost impossible to find for a normal price here in the Netherlands. Used to find these everywhere for about 250€.
