In a live performance of "Halo" by Cage The Elephant, captured by Drezzi Architects, Nick Bockrath is seen playing a Gretsch G5422TDCG Electromatic Hollowbody Guitar in Snow Crest White. Bockrath prefers this model for its smaller size compared to typical Gretsch guitars and its inclusion of a Bigsby vibrato, which he favors.

In the Guitar Center Sessions on DIRECTV, Nick Bockrath of Cage The Elephant is shown using the Schecter Ultra-III electric guitar during a TV performance. Although he appreciates the instrument, it primarily serves as a backup due to its sound not being the perfect fit for most of their live set. However, it may be ideal for future projects.

So I'm using the GigRig and it looks like there is a lot of pedals here but it's actually pretty simple. We sort of use it as a patch bay. It isolates each of the pedals so it's not going through the whole massive chain.

Another pedal that I kinda always have on is this Echo Dream by Death by Audio. It's really rad. It's really cool. I kinda use it as a mixer. It's got Master, Fuzz, and Delay, and so I'm constantly adjusting these.... But this thing is so badass. I like the fuzz tone, sometimes I'll even take the delay off. You can also do weird warble stuff, so it's really really cool. That's an often always on pedal.
