In this interview, Aaron Fincke says, "I keep it pretty simple - stomp boxes. I have a Dunlop Cry Baby. MXR Phase 90. The new Digitech delay pedal, the Digidelay. It has seven settings. I have this old and pretty rare - there used to be this company called Way Huge - it was an all hand-built overdrive. Sounds great, works great. Like I said, I try to keep it simple."
On Music Man's website, it states that Fincke uses a Music Man Axis Super Short.

Aaron Fincke is seen playing a Washburn Idol guitar in this video with Breaking Benjamin. This Washburn Idol was a rare baritone model that is hard to find. He used this guitar on most of the songs on Phobia, and was his Drop A# guitar during the Phobia era of Breaking Benjamin. During the Dear Agony era, he switched to an Ernie Ball Axis Super Sport Baritone, and used this Washburn model as a backup.
