“The VOX Apache is the perfect guitar to write music on. The built-in drum machine in the body makes it super fun to select from a wide array of beats and mess around with different chords and song ideas while having a rhythm accompaniment, even when I’m alone in the studio," says Albert, on Vox's website.
Also, in an episode from Noisey's "Guitar Moves" with him, at 1:28 minute mark, the Vox Apache can be seen in the background.

In this video, Albert Hammond Jr talks about his signature model Fender Strat:
My name is Albert Hammond Jr, and this is my signature Strat. There is something about this guitar and how it looks and how it feels that is comforting. The pickups and the neck are the two main factors. So they give you a feel in your hands, and a sound that starts you off on where you want to go. I feel like that, sonically, is what's going to make the unique difference between this Strat and another Strat. So we were building it with the same intensity that I play. I wanted a generation to grab it and just feel the same way I did when I grab it and not even know and just have this amazing guitar. I like the idea that it has pieces of me in it but it's a blank slate for someone else to have their own journey with.
Throughout the video you can see many shots of Hammond playing an HH Fender Stratocaster.

it looks like Albert's using a thinline tele while recording Life is Simple in the Moonlight. It may be a studio guitar but he's using on the song nonetheless.
