I don't know the exact year or variety, but it is definitely a Harmony Stratotone. You can see it says Harmony on the head stalk, and the distinctive pic guard, guitar shape, and pickup. Based on this archive site http://harmony.demont.net/ it is probably from somewhere in the 50s.
