During the iTunes Festival 2012 performance of "Supermassive Black Hole," Dominic Howard uses a Shure SM58 microphone, as seen in the YouTube video by Louis Genasi.
Used as a bottom snare mic during the Drones sessions.
Also used on percussion live.
