You can see him playing Betsy, his 1964 Jazz Bass aquired from John Entwistle in this video. It is fitted with EMG pickups. "Guy's original got an active upgrade during early rehearsals with Pink Floyd in August '87. "I said to my tech, Syd Price, one day, ‘These pickups are a bit quiet, maybe we should think about getting some new ones?’ - and the next morning, it had EMGs in it. I shouted ‘What the f*ck have you done? You can’t put EMGs in a ’64 Jazz!’ but when I plugged it in, it sounded amazing!""

In this video, Guy demonstrate the Wearing The Inside Out riff and presents his Status GP Vintage wich he says ressembles the bass he used originally for the recording.

In this video, Pratt employs a black, single humbucker Stingray with a maple neck. (2:07)

Named "Eliza", It is a 1963 Precision bass

At 1:14, Pratt can be seen playing a 5-string S2. This bass, as well as many other Status basses, utilizes graphite for the neck and carbon fiber for the neck-thru portion of the body.

Pratt can be seen playing his Warwick Custom Shop Star Bass SC (singlecut) at 0:26 and all throughout the video. This bass is very unique because of it's sliding pick-ups.

Guy plays a Rick on David Gilmours Live At Pompeii (e: One of These Days). It could be a 4001 tho.

In this video (2:30) he mentions that in 1984 one of his main basses was a Steinberger.

Pratt's L2 was stolen in the 1990's and has never been found. It's serial number was 712.
