Ilan Bluestone shows off his KRK VXT8 Studio Monitors in his studio and says, "I love these Bad boys! #KRK"

In this photo of Ilan Bluestone's studio gear setup, you can see his primary monitors are KRK VXT8s, while his secondary ones are the Rokit 6. He likely tests his mixes on the smaller Rokits to make sure they sound good on a smaller system, while still being familiar with the overall KRK sound.

"I use this thing called the KRK Ergo system which is like an enhanced room geometry optimization unit. A lot of people are like, 'oh, don't touch that'[...] if you wanna be cheap and economical like I used to be[...] I highly recommend it because what it does is it cancels out all the frequencies that you have on your final mix for when you jump in your car and you're like 'why is my song too bassy', this thing really, by one button, it literally cancels out all those frequencies[...] that helped me on my final mixdown big time." Looks like a video made shortly after he made a music track. I am assuming he is in his own studio listening to his own speakers at this point of the video.

The video shows the distinctive special ribbon tweeter on the Adam monitor. In addition an early video on his Facebook feed shows the rounded front facing bass port. Just a glimpse.

When asked why he uses Calkwalk, Ilan explains that it's what he's used for so long that he can't seem to switch. "I've been using Cakewalk ever since" at 1:55

I don’t sleep much these days and when I do, I think I’m still writing music. The balancing act between touring and getting all this music out there is tough sometimes, but it has to happen. When I have a song that I am working on it’s almost like it possesses me and I have to finish it. It’s really one of the main reasons why I use SONAR; the fast workflow. I can work so quickly in SONAR and get songs out fast which is really part of the game today.
