Isaac Brock uses a Wicks Custom Guitar, featuring a solid mahogany body, a bound top, and a five-piece maple neck with a "Tree of Life" inlay on the Pau Ferro fretboard. This guitar includes a Wilkinson tremolo and recommended Wolftone pickups. Unique to Brock's guitar are a custom Calaham Guitars tremolo and a distinctive inlay, which are exclusive due to a gentleman's agreement. This setup is captured in a user-uploaded photo on Pollstar.

Isaac is pictured using a gibson sg. He often uses the SG live for songs such as "Night on the Sun"

During Modest Mouse's spring/summer 2017 tour, Issac played on a custom purple Telecaster with a blue pickguard and orange control plate. According to an Instagram post, the guitar was built for him by bandmate Jim Fairchild, with assistance from Paul Waller of Fender

Isaac Brock plays a Koll Duo Glide, as well as a Spectro Glide 12 string, among other Koll customs.

At 7:06 minute mark, the National Resolectric Guitar is visible in Brock's house.

In this YouTube video of Modest Mouse's 2021 show at Red Rocks, you can see Isaac Brock playing the Fender Acoustasonic Jazzmaster at 1:30:12 on the song Never Fuck a Spider on the Fly. I believe this guitar was also pictured in the band's Instagram account at one point.

In this youtube video, Isaac can be seen using a Fernandez Stratocaster. I’m pretty sure it’s been modified and had filtertron pickups. He started using this guitar around September of 1998 after his Westone guitar was stolen from Phoenix, Arizona. Later on he dropped this thing off a 3 story building and hasn’t been used since 2000.
