In this video of "My Own Worst Enemy" at 0:14, Jeremy Popoff can clearly be seen playing a Fender Stratocaster with a reversed headstock. It appears to be in gold sparkle.
In this video at 1:04, he can be seen playing a Fender Lead I in silver sparkle finish. It also has a reversed headstock.
At 0:32 in this video, Jeremy is playing thorugh a Marshall JCM 2555. It might not be the exact item but it was the closest item that I could find.
In a 2007 interview on the Seymour Duncan website, Jeremy said: "I also have a couple of Guild® Bluesbirds which Seymour made me two custom Trembuckers for. He somehow fit it into the smaller case and it sounds awesome."
