Lars Lillo-Stenberg

In an article by Espen Arnold Hansen for VG, Lars Lillo-Stenberg is noted using the Boss TU-2 Chromatic Tuner during a live performance, positioned prominently on his pedalboard.

In the article image you see Lars Lillo-Stenberg use a rat type pedal. Seeing as there's red around the knobs, it leads me to think that this is a turbo rat. Also matches the type of pedals Lars would use.

In an article by Espen Arnold Hansen for VG, a photo reveals a light blue Boss pedal on Lars Lillo-Stenberg's board, positioned behind the microphone stand. The pedal's distinct two black knobs, one with a shiny top, strongly indicate it's the Boss CE-2 Chorus.

The two boards on the righthand side are his - the guitar and boards have also been used live by him, so we know for a fact that it is his. Used the Fuzz Bender in studio.

The Ibanez Tubescreamer is so easy to spot. On his board on the right hand side of the image, taken from the recording of DeLillos' last record.

On Lars' boards to the right, you see the silver and blue pedal on the lefthand side on the board to the left. The knob layout, the footprint and design makes it easy to spot that this is the Dark World from Chase Bliss Audio.

On the two boards to the right, which are Lars Lillo-Stenberg's boards, you can see the Boss RE-20 Space Echo.

The colour, the knob layout, the long screen and the placement in the chain all adds up to the Strymon Mobius on Lars Lillo-Stenberg's board (right side boards).

The red pedal with two smaller knobs on the most left board out of the two boards to the right (which are Lars Lillo-Stenberg's), seems to me to be a MXR Dyna Comp. No other pedal looks like that and it fits both the chain and the type of pedal Lars would use.
