Miles can be seen playing a 1968/69 Gibson ES-335 TDW with an added Bigsby B12. Miles has been using this guitar since The Rascals days and it has been ever present since. Appears to have had an old style ABM 2400 roller bridge fitted at some stage.

Kane using a Custom Gretsch Black Panther during a live performance of you’re gonna get it in 2013. He later gave the guitar away in a competition for his fans, during the week of his new album releasing ‘One Man Band’ in 2023.

Miles Kane is confirmed to use a 1963 Epiphone Casino, as evidenced by a post from Guncotton Guitars on Instagram, where they shared a photo and stated, "Very pleased to have helped our dear old friend Miles Kane with his new lovely 1963 Epiphone Casino in Royal Tan."

In an Instagram post by Miles Kane, he is visibly using an Aclam Guitars Dr. Robert pedal, which is prominently placed vertically in the center of his pedalboard. The post, dated January 25, 2026, features a black-and-white image and is captioned "Feels good feels very good. Glasgow forever x love mk," crediting @charliebarclayharris for the photo.
