According to the Agoraphobic Nosebleed FAQ, Scott Hull uses a Yamaha QY10 Music Sequencer in conjunction with an Alesis D4 as the sound bank.

If you look closely at the 0:10 mark, Scott Hull can be seen using a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier.

This is identifiable by its distinct shape, the presence of seven strings which can be seen at different points in the video and the configuration of the Floyd rose bridge with no bar and knobs.
