The source is from TK's Sainou Recording documentary released in 2020. At around 12:15 he is tweaking Ibanez/Vemuram TSV808 and comparing to his Barbarossa Uranus. It is recognisable due to its build, colour and the dipswitches on the top of the pedal. Also shown in his reduced pedalboard used in unravel -HOME LIVE- on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/CANTN_UhaLu/?utm_source=ig_embed
It is not sure if he used it to record, but there is a chance he did, as well as live. It's likely function is probably similar to that of his URANUS (as a lead tone, especially when stacked with his WAXX-modded BOSS DA-2) since the URANUS is also a tube-screamer-type pedal.
If you look closely Tk used a modded maxon 820 by soulpower at circa in 2009

Use the spatial system as is. At present, there are three: DigiTech DigiDelay, Arion's cheap phaser (Note: SPH-1), and Eventide H9. I have always loved the DigiDelay and Arion phasers, and used the H9 as a solo modulator. By the way, Vemuram Jan Ray and Barbarossa URANUS are used in the distortion system.
TK uses this as a booster for his clean sound nowadays, replacing the MUSE.
In several videos featuring Toru Kitajima, he is seen using the Providence RX-S1 2Loop+A/B Routing Box. He connects the Shigemori Muse OD as a clean boost to the input of the Providence RX-S1, with output B linked to a Korg tuner for precise tuning while muting the guitar. The send/return A loop is utilized for a compressor. Output A of the Providence RX-S1 goes directly into the input of an LS-2, which then routes through additional LS-2 pedals, an SPH-1, and a Digidelay. This setup is captured in the user-uploaded photo on Equipboard.

Yes! For unknown reasons, Toru Kitajima has already used the Digitech Timebender on his pedalboard. The Timebender is an excellent pedal although not used much, the only problem is its power supply that works at 9v 1300ma. You can see at 0:10 - 0:20s
TK uses this exclusively on the ‘mod delay’ setting, this gives the shimmery/warm type sound you hear a lot in clean parts of his music

The pedal was first briefly seen during the fisheye topdown shot in the MV of Tatsumaite sennou [https://www.reddit.com/r/LingTositeSigure/comments/x67qw8/tornadofx_pedal_in_tatsumaite_sennou_mv/]. Later in Aug 2022, TK announces pre-order for the pedal [https://www.instagram.com/p/ChrNkGVB51c/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link], with 2 different flavors, the "Brass" model, with the enclosure made of machined brass; while the slightly cheaper "Aluminium" one were made with machined brushed aluminum.
According to TK, he wants a pedal that "maximizes the aggressive tones and amplifies the feel coming from your fingers and pick" [https://one-control.com/pages/tornadofx#:~:text=Specs%3A-,%EF%BC%8DTK%20comment%EF%BC%8D,-Effects%20pedals%20are].
