“Nothing against Image Line or FL Studio it’s a great DAW, great company, great people, who have always been there for me when I’m freaking out and can’t figure out how to do something they were always there. But you know I’m moving into a lot more scoring and a lot more composition based projects and with that you need something that’s meant for that and FL studio I feel like is more for like electronic production. Although you can get away with orchestrations and stuff like that, you know when a director hands you a film at 24.98 frames per second and needs to be 48K wave files and stuff like that you want to make sure there’s an engine that can handle those sorts of things…in the immediate I switched over to Cubase.” - Varien in this BassGorilla Podcast. ETA of when this is heard can be seen in the screenshot source.
