The neck is smooth as butter and easy on your hands, the tone is very warm.

The knobs allow for easy modification of the sound of a guitar or bass in a straightforward and intuitive way. The sound is pretty digital (if you aren't into that don't get this) but still holds the tone of the guitar well.
This is the most amazing sounding vintage analog pedal out there. The tone can be compared to a thin lizzy kinda setting and can be a little nontraditional at times.
Although it provides many reverb options it does none of these particularly insanely well. It is very useful and one of my favorite pedals I own but I think the downfall is the clunky controls and un interesting tone.
The unique blend of distortion and fuzz that the Pro Co RAT 2 captures is something truly special I have never replicated in another pedal. I recommend this interesting gain crank machine to anyone!

The Akai MPK Mini MK2 saw an improved looking interface to the original MPK Mini and many interesting color ways so I was convinced to get one. This was a mistake as the construction material of these digital controllers are very cheap and break very easily. The software included is un interesting and clunky.
